The third stage of strategic management is implementation, which is the actual execution of the chosen tactics. It requires great communication and coordination, as well as resources to ensure that the strategies are implemented throughout all departments and levels within the organization. It also includes assessing the business decisions of different departments and making sure they align with the strategic plan.
